I went in to a dermatologist looking to get the lines aroung my mouth and nose filled (I was looking a bit older and tired lately).
The injections were a bit painful, and I noticed the results almost immediately. I had a little bit of bruising but nothing too bad.
Now, about 9 months later, I can still feel the gel around my mouth, and the lines are still completely filled out. The deep lines around my nose have started to crease a little bit again, but nothing too bad.
If the results last as long as they have every time, I will be a perlane user for life.

I had Perlane Injections recently around my mouth to fill out some wrinkles that were making me look like I was constantly frowning. I won't be doing it again. The results lasted less than a month, and I didn't feel like it looked very natural. I may try another filler to see if it was just the Perlane, or if I am one of those people whose body just doesn't take very well to the treatment. We'll see.

I have gotten perlane injections a couple of different times now and I have overall been pretty happy with the results. It definitely fills out the areas that are injected and gives me a more youthful appearance, but it doesn't last forever, and I have had moderate bruising each time that I have had it done. I still feel that the results outweigh any of the downfalls.

I just got perlane injections for the second time and I love the results, maybe even better than the first time. It is a little bit painful in the moment, but knowing that I am going to come out looking awake and years younger, it is well worth it. This last time I asked the doctor for a topical to numb the area and that helped a lot. Just a suggestion. Overall, I love Perlane.
