    While there are a great variety of topical creams out there designed to treat photo-aged skin, Retin-A (which contains retinoids) is the only chemical compound that is FDA-approved to treat wrinkles.     Moisturizing can also help improve your skin’s texture and appearance, especially when paired with a light exfoliating scrub. Incorporating antioxidant-rich items into your diet may further prevent damage from free radicals – negatively charged oxygen molecules that damage the skin.
