My daughter was getting married and I was really dreading the photos because I was looking so old! I decided to go in about a month before the wedding to my dermatologist and see what my options were to give me back some of my youth. He suggested some filler for the lines that I had developed around my nose and mouth. I took his advice and looked so much younger for the wedding. People kept asking me if I had lost weight because I didn't have the saggy jowls anymore. I am so happy that I did this.

I used to go in on a regular basis for Botox but had never tried any fillers. Recently some of my friends got Restylane injections and I absolutely loved the way that they looked. Of course I had to try it for myself. I went in for 1 treatment to fill out the wrinkles around my nose. A couple of hours after the injections my wrinkles were barely noticeable. I went back a week later to fill out my laugh lines, and again saw results very quickly. That was 7 months ago and I still have a much younger appearance. I definitely will do this again.

I have gone in now 3 different times for restylane injections in my lips, and I have never had a bad experience. I had really thin lips growing up, and when I turned 25, I decided that I was tired of hating them. A friend of mine got injections, and she loved hers, so I went in and had them done too. The best part is that it seems like each time, the results last even longer than the time before!

I have been wanting to freshen up my appearance lately. I am 46, and I have great skin, but things are starting to sag and make me look tired and aged.
I went into my dermatologist and got injections of restylane to fill out my cheeks and smile line area. Eventually I had that fresher, younger looking appearance, but that was after the bruising and swelling subsided.
I wanted to be able to go in for the procedure without anyone knowing that I had it done. Because of the side effects, everyone knew what happened, I even had to take a day off of work because I was so bruised. I think if I try something again, it will not be restylane.

I have laugh lines around my mouth and smile lines around my eyes that, although are there for a great reason, age me about 10 years. I have gone in 2 different times now for restylane and both times the procedure was minimally painful, the results appeared quickly, I saw no side effects and my wrinkles were gone for a long time. I will continue to get injections unless I find a permanent miracle.
